I have had my gas leyland for a couple years and have been dealing with issues and now finally had enough and I am going to fix them. I am by rochester, New York. Is there any good places you know of to get parts?

Issues:
- fouls spark plugs
- runs rich
- don't know how to correctly route the choke cable
- rear main seal leaks oil
- PTO grinds in 540(I have another tractor and the motor is in piece. I think I will put my motor on that rear end)
- gas gauge does not work, installed new gauge.
-governor jumps around alot
- is there a manual that you recommend? I found one on ebay.
If anyone knows any of these subjects I would greatly appreciate the help! I am mechanically inclined and my cousin who works on tractors is going to help me.
