Installation of Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 Service Pack 1 to a Microsoft Windows XP virtual machine running on Citrix XenDesktop is not supported. Using Target Device for creating images of virtual machines with Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 Service Pack 1 installed that run under Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Windows Vista is not.

What I would do to check the version is run a version report on the KSC and check those versions there - its likely the same

Also, if it is installed and can't connect, its likely due to a connection issue - here are the steps I take to work through this:

If themachine can’t connect to the Security Center, run the klnagchk utility asdescribed in this document:

This couldalso be related to the server address that the machine is trying to connect to,and it can’t find it. In this case, use the klmover utility as describedin this document:

If needs be, reconfigure the Network Agent for the IP address of the server, then run theklnagchk utility again. Once the client can synchronize with the server, thekeys and policy will enforce.
